ChineseAccounts and regions
We store your email, password hash, verification records, sessions and account region. Chinese, European and international accounts, wallets, tasks and media are independent. Authorized administrators may switch regions.
Generation providers
We store task inputs, prompts, references, status and output. Inputs needed for generation are sent to the selected upstream model provider. Reference links with opaque filenames may be accessible to providers. Do not submit sensitive material or material you cannot lawfully use.
Wallet and transactions
We keep wallet balances, reservations, charges, voucher and marketplace transaction records. The regional ownership index does not store creative assets or wallet balances.
Device storage
Your browser stores themes, navigation, drafts and canvas recovery data. Current canvas documents and server versions belong to your account. Editing projects and media remain on your device; only explicitly uploaded project bundles are backed up on the server.
Access and retention
Task and output access require the owning account. Temporary references are cleaned up. Output availability is shown in the workspace. Download important results and keep project backups. A backup on the same server is not an independent off-site backup.
Contact
Use the published support options to ask about account data, corrections or deletion. Pending jobs, marketplace disputes and transaction records may require review before a deletion request is resolved.
